First Take First Take  -  The Valentine Brothers

In 1982, Billy and John Valentine recorded and released First Take as a vinyl LP on Bridge Records. It was reissued in 2006 as a CD on the Expansion UK label.

Their original version of "Money's Too Tight (To Mention)" is on this recording. The song later became a hit (#28 on the pop charts in 1986) for Simply Red.

Though not available from this website, this CD can be purchased on amazon.com or other outlets selling CDs and DVDs.
